Does anyone know a good place to see Father Christmas in London this year?

I realy want to take the kids somewhere where there is a nice grotto to visit and the Father Christmas looks fairly authentic.
I don't want Harrods!
Thanks!

Any of the large shopping centres should do a nice one. I know the Glades in Bromley has a nice one and usually Whiteleys has a good one too. I wouldn't bother with any "touristy" ones like Hamleys or Harrods because the queues are far too large and they dont' spend enough time with the kids.

Selfridges has a free grotto but you can book online and reserve a place for £1 with that going to charity.

Hamleys would prob be the best one!
rooftops.
may i ask why you dont want harrods?
On december 25th around midnight flying through the air in a sleigh driven by 12 reindeer! Failing that, Selfridges, Harrods or Hamleys.
i am 26 now but i always remember my uncle taking my sister and me to Hamleys when i was about 8,and it was brilliant then
It's not really london but i've heard that milton keynes is really good i've been shopping there and seen the grotto a year or two ago and i wished i was young again it looked fantastic.
Have a good one
Selfridges is always the best one!
Selfridges have a really good grotto,But anywhere you take the children to see `Santa`,is going to be pricey.
