Am i 10 weeks or 9 weeks?
hi I'm just trying to figure out my dates my last period was
5/9/06.. so if you know how to figure out pregnancy calendar can you help me please sorry i just need some help

You are 'pregnant' from the first day of your last period so if that was 5th sept you would be coming up for 10 weeks pregnant. Your due date (9 months and 1 week) would be approx June 12th

If your last period was in may, then you would be close to 27 weeks!
If your last period was in sept. it should read 9/5/06, you would be 10 weeks on tuesday.
The calender says you are 10 weeks and you are due on 12 june 2007.
You are according to the books 10 weeks pregnant. But the before the baby is born you will be given a number of different dates by midwifes, doctors and consultants so don't worry. And anyway the baby will come when it is good and ready. Good luck and enjoy your pregnancy and the little bundle.
you count from the first day of your last period. (40 weeks total) so.if 5/9 was when you started your last one, you count from that day. i don't have a calendar in front of me so i'm not going to count it for you. it's always an estimation, though. they estimate your due date and give you a window of two weeks before and two weeks after.
you are so not just 10 weeks, not even 9 weeks, you are about a week away from starting your third trimester (November 15th, 2006), when was the last time you went to the Dr's? how much are you showing?, you should be about 7 months pregnant, if your last period was in May of this year and it's November, you are nearly finished..go to the hospital and get checked

This is from the above site. It says you are 9w+5 days. so almost 10 weeks. count from the FIRST DAY of you last period. Hope this is what you were after!
(i printed off this chart when I was pregnant, bc i found all the dates confusing. The date shown for how far along you are below, is the END of that week. sorry sounds more confusing than it is. )

my obstetric wheel puts today 12/11/6 at 9+5/40 (9weeks 5 days)
and EDD (expected delivery date) at June 12th 2007.
It is important to remember that all pregnancy calculations are approximations based on an assumption of a regular cycle and no hormonal contraception prior to conception.
When you go for your dating scan (at 10-12 weeks) they will measure the baby and will be able to give you a clearer idea of the dates. If the expected date by scan is more than a week different to the expected date by your period date they will eep the period date. If not they will give you a new expected date and tell you that you are either further along or earlier in the pregnancy than you thought.
