How can i get rid of my left over baby fat? i had my last child 2 years ago now and my baby fat tum is getting me down. Anyone no a quick and easy way to get ride i am a size 10/12 but wont to get back to my size 8/10 help me please.

It's now all about the toneing, im at where you are right now. Try doing a few stomach crunches everyday and sit ups or go for a jog, any excercise will help tone you.
judt do loads of exercise and eat lots of water based fruit, and you should get rid of the excess baby fat. x

I don't mean to depress you, but some people's baby fat never goes away with exercise and the only way they can get rid of it is a tummy tuck.
IF IT'S BELLY FAT,GO ON SOUTH BEACH IT TAKES OFF THE BELLY FAT FIRST.AND DO THE EXERCISE BALL ROUTINE. I LOST 35 LBS USING THIS METHOD.
It is the hardest thing to get rid and some women never do ! With some people the body changes shape after birth permanently......the only way it may dissappear is with a lot of excersice focusing on the abs.....you sound a good size to me.don't worry about it too much ! I bet you look great !
just go out for walk with your little one, just go around you block with him or her in a stroller. Hope that help :)
