Yes for sure, i had no symptoms at all and thought my period was late because i'd stopped taking my pill so to be sure i did a test and lo and behold i was pregnant.
i am 9 weeks pregnant with no symptoms. happens all the time.
the answer to that is - yes, they can it depends if they are taking meds it can mask the signs of pregnancy and it depends on how taut or strong the stomach muscles are they can stop a bump showing and the most commen sign is missing a period, but some women have periods through out i hope i have helped!

yes they can, its happened 2 me! with my first i didnt know i was pregnant until i was 5 months gone, with my 2nd i didnt know until i was in labour, im now on for my 3rd pregnancy but thankfully there has been all the signs! so yes it can happen.
