Every ones tolerance of pain is very different. With my first child I went all natural, and though it did hurt, it wasn't that bad. Many women opt to have a second or more child...I have never met a man that opted to get kicked in the groin a second time. So, you do the math.

Since no one can experience both, the answer to that question can't be known. However, the pain from being hit in the testicles is usually compared to the pain of menstrual cramps, not childbirth.

Imagine what would hurt more, being hit in the testys (intense, albeit short-lived pain) or putting up with excruciating pains for hours and hours on end only to have it culminate in pushing a large watermelon-sized object out of your #$%^.

Matty, I can easily tell you that there is no other pain in the world like child birth.
Throwing back your example, imagine someone kicking you really hard in the 'testys'. Let's say an hour or so goes by and you can start feeling them again. Now imagine that someone else who can kick harder than the last person does it to you again. Go through that vicious cycle for maybe a month and you would still be no where close to the pain of child birth. Especially considering labour pains comes roughly every two minutes when you're completely into it.
This is where you get to sick back looking like a stunned mullet and think to yourself 'Thank Goodness that I will never have to experience that in my life!'
I think it depends who you speak to, if a woman had an easy labour or a hard labour et, so in answer to your question no one knows
