I have a high amount of antibodies in my blood do u think i maybe induced if the baby needs a transfusion?

I'm 33 weeks pregnant at the moment

Answers:
Not likely. If you have a high amount of antibodies in your blood, that means that you're battling some kind of infection, which, at this time of year, is very likely.

Also, although I hope that you have done this already, your body could be producing antibodies against the baby if you have a positive RH factor and the baby has a negative RH factor (or vice versa). They tend to test for that, though, if there is any suspicion that incident could be likely.

If you have a cold or the flu, that's why your body is producing antibodies. If you're worried, though, go see your OB.
I don't understand why the baby would need a transfusion. I have a high amount of antibodies in my blood to but never had to be induced nor did my unborn children need a transfusion right after birth. When I was pregnant with my third daughter, I had to have 4 units of blood before I could deliver her but I was never induced. Besides, if there is a problem with the baby, they usually take it by c-section so it will cause less stress to the baby.
depends on the type of antibodies, and you talking about blood group ones, if so, then the drs will be keeping a very close eye on you, and may well already have typed the baby to see if your antibodies will affect it. I sugggest you leave it to the drs.
