I have a friend who has been told she isn't ovulating. Can getting broody stimulate the overies?

try vitex i take that and super primrose.and ive been taking it for 2 half weeks.and i havent had a period in a year.and TODAY i started!!!
She could have PCOS -polycystic ovary syndrome. This stops you ovulating regularly - & causes massive blood loss when periods DO happen. See a doctor as soon as possible.
