What can i take for morning sickness?

I don't fancy any foods and i've gone off tea and coffee. dont know what else to try.

Answers:
crackers.
plain biscuits before you even get out of bed or ginger.
You can get those travel sickenss bands (not pills!) that go round your wrist and use accupuncture from Boots, maybe try those
ginger is really good at settling your stomach
Two parts vodka, one part beer. Just remember that old song "There's got to be a morning after." which was written just for this problem.
Well I was going to say that any mint or spearmint teas can help calm your stomach..same with mint or spearmint chewing gum and when you feel your stomach has calmed down some eat in ver small intervals..also try eating popsicles..thats about all i could eat when I was pregnant my first trimester.
It sounds daft, but I found that apples helped me. And I used to drink a lot of chamomile tea (I tried peppermint until that made me feel sick too!). Good luck - it shouldn't last long.
For an upset stomach take bananas or ginger. Bananas will settle an upset stomach while ginger cures morning sickness and nausea.
Try a little dry toast, but only nibble at it.

Little and often until your tum settles.
Ginger Candy
A recent study in the Journal of Obstetrics & Gynecology suggests that ginger may reduce vomiting in 63 percent of pregnant women without the side effects associated with perscription anti-nausea drug and doesn't have any negative effects on your pregnancy. ginger candy comes in three forms - hard, chewy, or crystalized. An all natural and invigorating way to battle your morning sickness.
Get up early in the morning for for walk and then come back and take watermelon or papayya or mix juice of tiffini and feel healthy
Try some crackers before you even get out of bed. Take comfort in knowing that with the morning sickness that your pregnancy is progressing.

There's nothing you can really 'take' for morning sickness. Remember the Thalydomide occurence? Try nibbling on dry biccies or toast. Personally, for me, it helped never to have an empty stomach. Keep eating throughout the day, dry biccies, toast, crisps - anything really, and your tummy will be busy digesting. Of course for other people it wokrs to eat nothing at all! Don't worry about it though, keep your GP informed, and unless it gets serious, you'll be fine. It's inconvenient, unpleasant and very irritating, but it will be forgotten soon.
Unprotected sex often helps. But I can't think why anyone would want morning sickness.
Ritz crackers are a morning-sickness' worst nightmare. they are light and buttery, and quell that uneasy rocking and rolling in the tummy. Eat them before you get out of bed, if need be.

If you are sick to the point of throwing up, and have lost weight, see your doctor ASAP.
If it is because you are pregnant, i wouldn't take anything without consulting your doctor or pharmacist first as in the first trimester of pregnancy this a very important time for you and the developing baby. Drink plenty of water and rest when your not feeling so good, but remember that this is the time when you are at your healthiest. The best thing i found was to eat what i wanted when i wanted little and often is probably the best way, but be aware of your weight as what you put on you have got to lose and it is not always that easy. Is this your first? Good luck.
Ginger snaps, plain crackers and sips of water.

There isn't a lot you can do for it I'm afraid, if it is really unbearable you can speak to your dr who might have something to help you!
During all my pregnancies 3 I had a thing called Hypermisis gravid-um(very bad morning sickness) and I needed hospital treatment with 2 pregnancies. What I recommend based on the normal pregnancy that I had is ginger anything ginger, sips of drinks, bland drinks, bland foods, eat little and often as this does work even it is only a mouthful. Don't get stressed either as this makes it worse. Remember morning sickness does normally start to go about 4 months and then eat anything and everything well that's what i did and my babies were huge. NEVER AGAIN THOUGH
ginger, bananas, and dry toast or crackers.
a brown paper bag might help catch the sick.
Chamomille tea (Manzanilla) is very soothing and contains no caffeine. You could wake yourself up in the middle of the night (get used to it) and eat a couple of crackers so your tummy isnt empty when you wake again. By the way, the tea is great for the baby too later on down the road..use sugar not honey.
have you tried dry toast, or ginger biscuit b4 getting out of bed in the morning
I would recommend fresh root ginger in hot water, leave until the water has taken on the flavour, it isn't the most exciting drink in the world but really settles the stomach.
Hope you get over this stage of pregnancy soon.
As a mum of 3, I really can sympathise. Morning sickness, especially with my 3rd child (girl) lasted the whole 9 months and I can honestly say that the misery of morning sickness (which lasted all day) was much worse than the birth itself!

Ginger is really awful when it comes up again - I much prefer wee bit of toast and jam.

If you are going to be sick then you are going to be sick - I also went off tea and coffee - big style! I would love my cup of tea in the morning and just could not face it!

ITS NOT FAIR! I lived on porridge and mashed potatoes.
Right now I am practically living on gingersnaps and gingerale for my morning sickness. Just make sure you never get hungry. Eat just a little bit all day long. It seems to be working for me. Make sure you take vitamins and try to stomach healthy stuff whenever you can. Feeling your pain! Good luck!
Try crackers, also they have these lollipops called preggy pops which come in different flavors. I was told that these work as well
i am having the same problem like you, i am 5 weeks pregnant and the nausea and vomiting is really bad

i went to see my ob and he gave me some safe medication that can be used in pregnancy "NOSIC" to help stop the nausea and vomiting and it has really helped. i have not vomited for 2 whole days now whilst i used to vomit atleast easily 20 times a day.

it also helps to have something in the stomach at all times, i bought some salted biscuits that i can suck on.

if it gets really worse i could recomend that you see your ob/doc coz you could get seriously dehydrated...he/she will advice you best on whether you need medication or not..and yes there is safe medication for you and your baby but only under doctors orders and supervision.

all the best dear and congratulations
u can take citrus fruits example lemon, tamarind which reduces nausea.also having crakers helps.
Keep a box of unsalted crackers by your bed and munch a couple before you get up. Remember to move slowly in the morning.
try anything with ginger, cracker or apple
I was very sick my first trimester - so sick that I was actually losting weight. I tried toast, lite cereals, crackers. eventually my obgyn prescribed me REGLAN for nausea & it worked really well with no harm risk to baby. Maybe ask doc about it. Hope you feel well soon!
i know exactly how you feel. i had bad morning sickness from 4 weeks until 14 weeks, from when i got up in the morning till when i went bed. i really couldnt eat eat anything as the smell of most foods had me rushing to the bathroom. however you could try ginger biscuits they helped me. or just some plain digestive biscuits. good luck and dont worry it will soon pass and you will start feeling loads better.
