has anyone ever had spotting and taken a test that day or after and got an positive?

I had spotting when i was pregnant after about 3months and i spotted all the way through, was very scary, but when you are spotting, you have to take complete bed rest, no heavy lifting, no standing for too long, no stress, no strenious stuff if you know what i mean, i was still working but i kept spotting the doctor said to me that i had to leave work either its my baby or my job, so i had to stop working, if i was spotting i would have to rest for 2/3 days it would go away, if you over do it, it came back, but anyway i had a bouncing beautiful baby boy oh! it was worth it.
