Who decides the sex of our unborn child?
My hubby has two boys with his ex wife is it more likely that we will have a boy or is it 50/50?

Well, the man determines the sex but there are things you can do when trying to conceive that can help you get the outcome you prefer. As they say timing is everything and it is the same with conception, meaning, that the boy sperm usually swim much faster than the sperms that carry the girl chromosome, so if you have sex closer to ovulation the boy sperm will win because they get there first. If you have sex a day or two before ovulation the chances of having a girl are greater because by the time ovulation happens, the boy sperms are all out of energy and this gives the girl sperms an opportunity to reach the egg first.
