Would like advice about ligament pains 25 weeks pregnant?

Answers:
I sympathize! Had these with my youngest. Found they eased within hours of giving birth, but was in a lot of pain for the previous four months. Ask your midwife or GP to refer you for physio, as they can help you with posture and finding different ways of doing things so they hurt less. Your ligaments will be soft for several months after birth, but I found the pain 90% gone by the day after delivery. All the best.
There is really not much you can do but stay off
your feet and rest a bit. It's normal.
That's about the time it kicks in. It hurts really bad. All you can do is rest, don't pull on anything or pick up heavy stuff. Even pushing small stuff with your foot can hurt.

I used heating pads a little and took a hot shower, then rested for a while. One time, I pulled on some branches to get them out of the street. The pain was so bad later that I had projectile vomiting from the pain.

Take it easy.
it is very normal just rest a lot
It could be your round ligaments stretching. I have found that applying a heating pad to the pain for about 10 minutes helps a lot also you can take Tylenol for the pain. You also should talk to your doctor.
Those hurt, but of course, you already know that. All that is happening is the ligaments are stretching to support the weight of your uterus. Rest a lot, and lie on your left side.
Try warm baths, warm showers, heating pad and ice packs (only for about 10 minutes and 10 minute breaks in between. Also, check with your doctor about a muscle rub (like icyhot). My doctor prescribed me one, and it was awesome! Otherwise, light stretching (VERY light) to keep the muscles loose and rest all you can. I know it's painful, just think of the reward though.
I am a mother of 5 children and unfortunately those pains plagued me with every pregnancy. There was not much I could do except to stop what I was doing (if possible) and lie down. The pains are from your pelvis stretching to accommodate childbirth. They will go away after the pregnancy. Sorry I couldn't give better news. Consult with your physician. Maybe they can give better advice.
