Can any body tell me when babies can hear their mum and outside stimuli in the womb?

Its aound month 4 to 5.
Go get a book called " what to expect when you are expecting" by Heidi Murkoff. It's the pregnancy bible and will help with all these questions. Your question as well as many others that you would not expect is in there. It's excellent in describing all of these little things that worry moms and help distinguish when something is "normal" or not.

Daft as it is simple, as soon as their senses develop. They even feel your moods through hormones and chemicals which trigger happiness, sadness, stress (psst ssh, even orgasm).
When my daughter was born, no matter how rattled she was, crying or screaming,she always went quiet if she heard Corrie theme music playing. It was from where I lived with my mum at time, and she got familiar to it.
And she always gurgled, smiled or laughed at the sound of my mother's gob. Mind I never got a word in edgeways around my Mama, her beautiful Nana x.
5 months baby can also tell it is day time and the more advanced the pregnancy the more baby takes in.as your womb grows bigger your skin becomes thinner so baby knows its light or dark.and can hear your voice and family members so when baby is born he./she will know the people by their voices.if you get upset or stressed out it will pass through the placenta an hour later and the babies heart rate will increase.my daughter loved the eastenders theme tune. you can also set babies bed time whilst in the womb.take notice of when baby goes quiet in the evening and when baby arrives set the same bedtime. i did.
