Has anyone ever used the Standard Days Method before?

I was just wondering. I was looking back at my calendar and I think this is actually how I might have gotten pregnant.

Count the number of days in your menstrual cycle. Start with the first day of your period (day 1) and continue counting until the day before your next period starts. Avoid unprotected intercourse on day 8 through day 19 of your cycle to prevent pregnancy. On days 1-7 and from day 20 through the last day of your cycle, you are very unlikely to become pregnant.

Most women who use the SDM find that CycleBeads, a string of color-coded beads, which represent the days of the menstrual cycle, help them keep track of the days in their menstrual cycle and the days when pregnancy is likely.

I had a machine called a persona - that you wee on a stick (like a pregnancy test stick) up to eight times a month. I set it on the first day of my period it usually goes to day 6 b4 1st test then consecutively for 6-7 days after.
On days safe without risk of getting pregnant gives green light usually for me 30 day cycle 1-10 green light.
It shows me when I ovulate obviously a red light if using as a contraceptive device then from about 16-30 green light again.
I kind of know my cycle now so stopped buying the sticks, but did use for about 7 years before, but with the ovulation thing I did fall pregnant 1st time tried. And now with knowing my cycle fell pregnant 1st time 2nd baby.
at least 5 days after your period go to
Less likely!!Bt dar is stil a chance!
