What do blind people dream?
Specifically those born blind rather than those that have gone blind.
Answers:
when sighted people dream all the five senses are stimulated even if we dont know it at the time. someone who is non sighted will still dream, but dream and remember that dream with the four senses remaining.

Just because the can't see doesn't mean they don't dream like anyone else. There blind not brain dead.

People who are born blind don't dream in pictures but dream with sounds instead. People who have gone blind still carry on dreaming in pictures but as time goes on sounds can take over instead. Hope this helps!

they do deams like normal people. Every and anything, just like you and me.

I used to have a neighbour who was blind - I'm not sure about dreaming but he told me he was blinded when he was 8 years old and now in his mind he can see the colour red! Very strange!
Dreams are in the subconscious and because a blind person since birth sees with their hands, nose,ears and mouth to a greater extent than those of us with all of those senses plus sight they probably have about the same dreams as the rest of us. Not all people dream at least not every night and when you do dream the brain simply plays back what it has already been programmed to know through experience. Now a blind person could infact see through dreams and your question is a good one in this respect because the dreams we do experience appear to happen without the use of the eyes, it is as if we are actually there seeing something and this may be the only time that a blind person can actually see. Although you did state in your question the difference between the two types of blind people it would be interesting to hear from them concerning this which may require friends of blind people to talk to their friend and ask them what they do see in thier dreams. How do they know they Dream, i mean they cant tell you as they dont know what colour is.. Like theyre gonna know what somehting like a tree looks like
I think there could be two possibilties:
1. They dream sounds, but no images
2. Their mind creates abstract images
you think dreams not see them
I think they would see what they normally can imagine. Try asking a blind person though, I'm sure they'd be happy to tell you.

i`m not sure but they must dream something maybe from their sub consious or maybe sounds and feelings it would need a blind person to answer this question but even then they could only answer about them self
