Not a lot - you might throw up or get the runs.
Only dangerous if you made a habit of it.
As far as I am aware, the only vitamin you really don't want to OD on is vitamin A, as it fcuks your liver up if you have too much in one go, apart from that, all that could happen is something like anaphylactic shock IF and only if you were allergic to nuts.
I would imagine that as long as youre not sensitive or allergic to any of the ingredients, the result is mostly going to be extremely bright yellow pee. Seems to me its mostly a waste of money to do something like that, however. Taking multi vitamins over a period of time is good for you, hammering your system with so many at once is mostly just stupid.
Good luck and Goddess Bless!
don't do it iron can be a problem its an overdose call NHS direct or go to the doctor if you have
You will be overdosed and poisoned. Too much vitamins at the same times is no good. Your kidney is not able to handle all those things. They turned out to be a waste..
Once a day is enough
Your pee would be super flourescent yellow. Not much other than that.
Don't do it! It won't kill you but it could cause all sorts of problems. Vitamins and minerals can be very dangerous if taken in large quantities - pills are made with specific doses - you should follow the instructions on the bottle just as you would with medication.
You would probably feel sick. The names of the vitamins are less important than their quanitites. You can OD on vitamins believe it or not!
the iron will f8ck u up!!! you will OD on the iron (ferrous fumarate).
minerals are what causes problems. vit a,b,c, etc are not a big deal. but really, people OD on iron supplements alot.
nothing ususally with water soluble vitamins your body takes what it needs and you excrete the rest through urination
u would be poisoned and possible irretrieavable damage to ur body bits
Your tablets contain not only vitamin, but minerals also.
First you should consider, why u are taking multivitamins and minerals. It can be get in ur routine diet.
The purpose of taking such pills - when you are lack of them. It can be after a serious illness or in your place you dont have type of foods which containing vitamin and mineral.
You should know each vitamins and minerals have its daily requirement. e.g. Vitamin C - Adults need 40 mg a day.
Taking 1000 mg or less of vitamin C supplements a day is unlikely to cause any harm.
As far as vitamins are concerned they can be divided into water soluble(B,C,..) and fat soluble(A,D,E,K), the latter is dangerous when u overdose it.Coz water soluble vitamin can be excreted by urine and sweat.Fat Soluble Vitamins can be stored in the body and need not be consumed daily. While it is difficult to "overdose" on them from ordinary sources, consuming mega doses of fat soluble vitamins, especially A and D, can lead to a dangerous buildup in the body.
minerals also same as vitamin when we talk about overdose.
e.g. Iron daily need for men: 8-10 mg women 8-13 mg (when menstrual period or pregnancy little bit higher)
You should check the doses of each vit and minerals that you wrote here.It can be find on the label of the bottle or in leaflet.Further more the daily dosage of the pill also should have been written there.(usually 1 pill a day )
If you are a healthy person and you are taking nutritious food you dont need those pills.
Taking 10 pills is not advisable and It can be injurious to ur health.
Take a advise with ur doctor for ur daily requirement.
If you have question in daily requirement follow the link that I provided for you.
hopefully die.
The question is why would you? How about just not doing it?
Your body can't absorb that many vitamins at once. You may get an upset stomach and throw up, you may become constipated from the iron. It's just not a good idea..
