If genetic cloning were available to create a human using DNA from sharks then possibly but I highly doubt it as sharks have been around a lot longer than humans have and they have had time to evolve and adapt to their surroundings where we are still developing and not addapting as well as some creatures.

Sharks are so well evolved to fill their evolutionary niche that if the climate were to change suddenly, it would be impossible for them to adapt in time as they don't produce a wide enough variety of alternate characteristics, not needing to in their present atuned state.
So they'd die out faster than other species.

its pretty much lik askin if a boy can fly..definitely not!..humans aren`t physically capable of such a feat..we dont have streamlined bodies or so much of muscular strength on par with our weight!
