Why do leaves only(or mainly) reflect green light?

Your question is a matter of physics not botany. White light is the total spectrum that the human eye can perceive. That being said anything that the human eye sees as white reflects the total spectrum to your eye.
The colour black is the total absence of light. Anything the human eye sees as black therefor absorbs all the colours of the spectrum.
When it comes to the colour green you will find that the part of the spectrum which is within the wavelengths we perceive as green have been absorbed by the object which we are viewing. The rest of the spectrum has been reflected back to our eye which we see as green.
In the case of your leaves the chlorophyll in the leaves absorb various green wave lengths which they use to produce energy to manufacture the needed components to feed and sustain the rest of the plant. This absorption produces a refection of the rest of the spectrum back to your eye which you see as the colour green of the leaf. Depending on the particular type of chlorophyll the leaves have will determine which green wave lengths are absorbed and therefore what is reflected to your eye, so we see different shades of green in leaves.

the main pigment in the leafs is chlorophyll, due to its chemical make up it absorbs blue and red light, this leaves only green light, this either passes through the plant or is reflected back. the absorption of different colour light is due to electron energy levels, this is too complex to explain here, i suggest if you want more details to look it up in either a physics or chemistry book.
Pure white light is made up of all seven colours of the rainbow. The light is absorbed by the leave but the green is rejected and stay on the outside so we see it. So that is why it's green . other examples you are wearing a red top it doesn't absorbs the red colour particles.
