I got value of H(f) using FFT. But I need frequency how to get that. Sorry I am week in Maths.

Use a LaPlace transformation and then integrate the 1st order derivative afetr expanding the minors of the second column of a 3 x 3 matrix. Got it ?
Why and FFT? This is only needed for real-time digital signal processing. IF you are not working in real-time you can use a standard transform. Then use the formula to transpose for frequency. It would help if you could show us more detail.
