If polar bears were imported to Antarctica and penguins to the Arctic, wud they survive? Has it been tried?

Answers:
It wouldn't work
Penguins would be killed off by arctic foxes

Polar bears need a large quantity of seals which are not as abundent in the southern latitudes

It's not really ethical anyway, much better to stop the global warming and leave them where they are
I'm not sure why would you do that anyways. But I don't think they'd survive as Antarctica and Arctic are different ecological systems into which the species have adapted.
I don't see why they shouldn't survive. After all, penguins and polar bears live in various zoo's around the planet. They might get a bit home sick though.
dunno
