What is the best way to measure supination/pronation in the forearm?

Answers:
A goniometer measures pronation-supination of the forearm, as well as any other joint in your body except for the spine (a tape measure is used). It has two arms fixed on a fulcrum. One arm is set at an anatomical reference, and the other is used to measure the degree of movement. Unit of measurement is degrees. Hope this helps.
pinch it
don't know what the device is called but i used to have one at work. its a handle that the patient grips and there is a circular face with degree markings round the side. This has a weighted arm that always hangs straight down. As the person pro or supinates this arm will point at a degree reading. not sure i explained that well. i usually compare to the other side to be quick and simple
