Use this site it will do it for you.
1 stone = 6.35029318 kilograms
1 pound = 0.45359237 kilograms
1 inch = 2.54 centimeters
1 foot = 0.3048 meters = 12 inches
1 metre is 39.37 inches; there are approx 2.54cm to an inch; there are 28g to an ounce; approx 453.5g to a pound and approx 2.2046 to 1 kg.
However, a good quality diary (of all things) provides this information and more in its inside front and back covers.

1 stone = 14 lbs
1 kilo = 2.2lbs
1 metre = 39 inches
1 inch = 2.56 centimetres
1 stone = 14 pounds
1 kg = 2 pounds

if your 10 stone 10 x 14 = 140 pounds
140 pounds divided by 2 = 70kg

1 foot = 12 inches
1 metre =100cm
1 inch = 2.5cm

if your 6 foot 6 x 12 = 72 inches
72 inches x 2.5cm = 180cm
180cm divided by 100cm = 1.8m
