Is the size of earth increasing?
for example when you take cuttings off plants and bushes if you put them in a compost bin eventually they will turn back into compost, but the earth benith the plants and bushes appears to have stayed level?

Measure the earth's size, and you'd find hardly any difference at all. A few centimetres here and there is nothing compared to the circumference of the earth (about 24,900km)
