There is anybody who had any additional information about it?
Suddenly, after a meteor, start to rain red. A lot of plants lose is leafs que it. After one month, just stoped;
There is one scientist that found organic reminiscences there. All information about it shows no possibility to link to iron or "sand" from near deserts.

Why do I find myself singing the words to Peter Gabriel's song "Red Rain" all of a sudden? :-)

I've located the Wikipedia article on the topic, among other links. Some of them appear to shed much light on this strange, little - reported phenomenon.

About a century ago Charles Fort wrote "The Book of the Damned" about all types of strange phenomena that were repeatedly reported. Two of the more common types were red muchy stuff from the sky which was found to be organic, and white fluffy stuff like aspestos from the sky. Scientists generally gave him a hard time, but it should be pointed out that they also said that meteors didn't happen! :-) These things happen from time to time and are not well understood. I don't know if the meteor has anything to do with the rain, but you might be on to something new.

Note that there is a Fortean society and they are a bit crackers, but Fort himself was of very sound mind.
