Quadratic sequences?

How would you teach quadratic sequences to 12-13 year olds?

Answers:
Some of the examples on BBC bitesize foundation and intermediate mathematics are very good. You could get some good ideas from there and then create some of your own for them to practice.
blimey i wouldnt have a clue sorry. i only started to learn them in year 11 when i was 16. it was confusing enough then
I introduced them to square numbers, than taught them the nth term of linear sequences, by comparision to times tables, and then made the short leap to quadratic sequences.
