How long does it take chewing gum to digest if you swallow it?

it doesnt digest, it comes out the other end whole. there is tons of it at sewerage works, sweetcorn is the same too. They bulldoze it onto trucks and incinerate it.

I have been swallowing chewing gums all my life and anything happen with me and me stomach
at the same speed as every thing else you eat.....try eating some with chocolate yo will see that it breaks down just like everything else.

Chewing gum does break down in the stomach as does sweet corn however it is sometimes not in the digestive tract long enought to break down. Hence the 2 tons of gum and sweet corn blocking your local sewage works. I f you think thats bad you should see the ten tons of human fat mixed with pubic hairs which blocks it up too
it never does it makes ulsurs in your stomache that can kill you so swallowing chewing gum is a no but any ways it takes 7 months for it to disolve but it can kill yoo
there have been lots of people saying that it wont digest or it will take 3 years but it will usually take around 3 days and come out with all your other waste
