Of course why not? You cannot compress a liquid so water is as hard as concrete. However it can move aside so if the bottle is just pushed the water will get pushed away but if it hit hit sharply then it will break

Yes, it can; in fact it's even easier than the same bottle dry.
That is because water molecules, which are shaped like a tiny letter 'v', can penetrate right down to the end of a tiny crack in the glass. It acts like a pry-lever and causes the crack to expand much faster. So wet glass breaks more easily than dry glass.
A bottle full of water is harder to break than a empty one if that is what you mean, because water does not compress as much as air.
Whilst water gives a bottle more strength, this will not prevent it from being broken, and you dont need another object to "smash" it.
large temperature differences will cause glass to shatter. try putting a very hot glass bottle in ice cold water, this will cause it to shatter.
