I am biologist and looking for some part time job to earn extra money. In fact the only option I see for myself is to teach Biology/Genetics. But a quick survey shows that not so many students are intersted in taking Biology/Genetics private tution in and around Lonodn. Do you know how I can get some extra money by part time using my teaching skills in Biology/Genetics.

You are very wrong, there is a huge market for private tuition in London. However, people have to get to know that you are there!
Small adverts in local shops don't work because people don't see them.
