What is the highest number from 1-10?
Believe it or not, all number ends at 9. Adding 1 to 9 makes it 10.so it goes..
Answers:
It sounds like you've only just worked out how base ten works.
Are you asking for the largest number BETWEEN 1 and 10?
In base ten, you can only have a maximum of nine units [1 to 9]; when adding another unit you make a ten [10].
Since 10 is of a different magnitude than 1 [and thus perhaps not in the same number class? Quite happy to be corrected on this], then I think your answer is 9.
10?
1
What? You're not making any sense.
huh?
9 is the highest single number but right now, 2 means more.

It depends how you define 'number'. I think you mean 'numeral' - and your statement only applies to the Base 10 system. The highest numeral in any system is 1 less than the base.
In Base 2, the highest numeral is 1, in Base 16 it is A (=15 in Base 10)
Please check your words in a dictionary: specifically 'number' and 'numeral'. A numeral is a character used in a number system, whereas a number is a quantity (often an integer) which can be expressed using an arrangement of one or more numerals in a number system.
Are you talking in binary!

Is that a trick question?!?

10 is the highest number from 1-10.
Yup. Obfustication appreciation.
In base 10 (decimal system), the highest numeral is 9. I also agree with everything The Curate's. said.

Ok yes it is 9 as the highest single digit a number can end with, but number do not end with 1-9, they end with 0-9.
Just you know pointing that out.
numbers basically are from
0 to 9.They are increasing as u add number 1 to it.
10
there are two ways 1 is highest for students as they stuggle for it.10 is highest who think of money
Your argument is true for digits but note that in our number system, for every time you move to the left, the value is a multiple of ten higher. So when you have 11, it is not equal to 1+1 is it, it's equal to 10+1, so your argument is wrong in this case
