Why can I tell exactly when its going to rain without watching a weather report or looking at the sky?
Well at random times of the day I just say its gonna rain. Soon later it will rain. I dont even read weather reports or look at the sky to tell. I get really freaked out

If you can say 90% of the time, when I say it is going to rain, it is raining within 15 minutes, that might be something. It depends on where you live, though. If you live in a place where it rains a lot and often, like the windward side of Hawaii, it's very different from if you live in Southern California where it might rain twice between April and September.
I'm reminded of the joke about the man who was driving through Scotland and stopped to ask a local if it was going to rain soon. The local said, "Well, there's an easy way to forecast the weather based upon that mountain over there. When you can see the mountain, it'll be raining soon. When you can't see the mountain, it's already raining."
The low pressure associated with rain is measurable in a barometer. Some people can also feel this, especially if they have arthritic joints or a healed broken bone. The joints may be caused by expansion of the sinovial fluid in an area which is always at the threshold for pain. The healed broken bone is less easy to explain.
Rain, and especially thunderstorms, are associated with the production of ozone, which does have a distinctive smell.
Perhaps you are perceiving one or the other of these.

It's a feeling you get. I'm the same way during the fall. The night before i can tell if it'll be really cold in the morning because my eyes will get puffy that night. Can't explain it, just is.

you can probably smell the rain in the air...i find ran and snow have a distinctive smell hours before they start. also a drop in air pressure may affect you
This is not at all unusual. I too have the ability. I can just feel the moisture in the air that precedes the actual event. By the way, there is another method of rain forecasting, not quite as accurate as the body, but work well. In the morning, look at the windshield of your car. If it is really wet with dew, you will not have rain for at least 10 hrs. But if it is dry as a popcorn fa rt then you will definitely have rain within the next 6 to 8 hrs.

you can control the weather
If you spend a lot of time out doors then your subconscious learns to recognise the signs of weather changing and then alerts your conscious , which is when you think ' ah it's gonna rain ' personally i can tell you what time it will rain and it's normally close to within 20 Min's to correct , though i don't think it's anything other than being used to the weather and recognising the signs

I know of someone when it was going to rain that her hair used to "curl" this is quite true.
