Answers:
We Plutonians don't get mad..we get even..You stupid Earthlings can't tell Uranus from a black hole..Meteor shower hits scientists house? read about it on our next close encounter.
Let me check and see if I care...hang on.
who named that uranus. That is just a wierd name for a planet. Pluto was my favorite planet.
pluto should be downgraded, its a lump of rock stupidly far away. and they should keep uranus, dont take away the fun for young kids in science class

i say leave it alone
where's a deathstar when you need it?
Yes, i so agree with you. really, are they seriously that stupid? well. you dont really have to go answer that. but i think that it'd so much better.
Was uranus named after its discoverer?
A Mr Uranus?
Asianprincess how do you have a favorite planet? have you been there? you know you'd die on pluto.either way..if they renamed uranus what would happed to all the GREAT knee slapping jokes about it
Pluto is NOT downgraded! An adopted child is as much a part of the family as a birth child. Ra would not abandon his child just because it is adopted.
He's our brother, and don't you forget it!
thats messed up! does it really matter when it was created? its still revolving around the sun and counting years right?!?!? i think its a planet but the dumbest part i heard was that it is too small and far away to exert any gravitational force on any other planets. and btw, you should delete the answers that say " this is gay".
Pluto not being a planet makes me sad.
I think re-classifying Pluto shows that science is continually correcting itself as it learns. Pluto isn't a planet, it's a big chunk of rock & ice. People shouldn't get upset, it's not like they've proven there's no Easter Bunny!
Rename Uranus?
. And deprive adolescent males a source of endless lame jokes?
Even if NASA was in the business of naming astronomical bodies . and it's not . they are not that heartless.
I am offended that NASA is listening to a few jerks who can't accept that there are more planets in the solar system than they originally thought. and no, they would be better off renaming URanus! lol
Cal-el & Swissy
a bunch of conventions in the last 100 years need not make some rock, a planet. so if we consider the ancient conventions that are ther for thousands of years pluto should never have been called a planet.
Well, if I remember correctly, either Clive Tombaugh or Percival Lovell found Pluto as a result of perturbations in the orbit of Neptune thus suggesting that another planet/ body was further out. This resulted in the discovery of Pluto, so if it isn't a planet, why did it have the necessary "pull" to produce these discrepancies in the orbit of Neptune. I therefore think it should be accepted as a planet, especially as it has a moon "Chinon?" circling it.
Equipment use for the production of chlorodifluoromethane?
three-point moving average?
More on gnomes: special for Kingofclubs whose email won't work?
how do you build bridges in the sea?
i know that gravity is a function of mass but what causes gravity?
i got a score of 126 for an IQ test, is that a good mark or is it crap?
What did they do with all the soil they dug up when constructing the Underground in London?
