That's a lot of questions! Did you miss a whole semester of physics?

Although someone has given you a site to look uo these topics, I'll just answer them anyway. The questions seems more chemistry-related.
Atom: Is the smallest part of an element that can ever exist and still possess the chemical properties of that element.
Molecule:Is the smallest particle of a substance that can normally exist alone and still retain the chemical properties of that substance, be it an element or a compound OR It is the minute particles from which the whole of a solid or a liquid or a gas is made up.
Ion: is any atom or group of atoms which possesses an electric charge Or Particles carrying quantities of electricity or charges.
Covalent bond; Is simply the type of bonding involving the sharing of electrons e.g Hydrogen molecule, water molecule etc
Metallic bond: Are bonds formed when metal atoms are held together in crystal lattice. This is so, because of the attraction between positive nuclei and mobile electrons giving rise to metallic bonds.
Element: Is a substance which cannot be split into other simpler units by an ordinary chemical process.
Compound: contains two or more elements chemically combined together in fixed proportions to form a new substance.
Amorphous: I'm not about the definition, but it is simply a substance without a definite crystalline structure e.g is the amorphous carbon-coal
