It's probably about the same everywhere about 90% of any healthy population experience benign fasciculations at some point, they should not be ignored however since they can be a symtom of ALS or MS.
I I knew what they where I may be able to tell you.Hopefully not many as it does not sound nice.
Probably everyone except those maybe with myasthenia gravis & similar conditions.
