Why doesn't glue stick to the inside of the bottle?

Answers:
At a certain (thick) density and volume and with little air present in the lidded bottle, it's not going to dry that quickly. If you cut the bottle open and look around the top (i.e. the space left when the glue has run down) you'll see a thin layer of dried glue.

This is why people use thin layers of PVA as opposed to one thick coat - if it's too thick, the top will dry but there will be loads of wet glue underneath unless the surface it's sitting on is porous and the air can get to it.
AH-HAHAHAHAHA
because the active ingredient only commences the adhesion process when exposed to water. Even the tiny airborne molecules are sufficient to trigger adhesion. In the bottle there is insufficient but once outside the hardening process begins.
for the same reason , your brain does`nt give out anything useful .
Cos its kept wet - only sticks when it dries out. Like. (searches for appropriate analogy.) bogies!
Same question on every day, bottle or tube.go away!
how many times you gonny ask this question.
Leave the lid off and it will.
The bottle is air-tight. Ergo: without air the glue won't dry.
I did not know this!
1) Depends on what the bottle is made of, plastics etc.
2.) The reason you have to let the glue "set" or dry out is to get all the moisture "OUT of the glue. the more glue you put; the longer it takes for the water to leave, the longer it takes to dry out. try leaving a glue bottle open for a while.the glue will stick to it after it dries.
Kev what a bof.
becuase it stays moist in the air tight container
CAUSE ITS IN TUBE
You've got 15 answers.so you may pick any you like. But I know because.a) Because of the active ingredient
b) The push button causes too much pressure for the glue so it must go up, it has no other choice.
c) If you have also realised, the glue doesn't exactly touch the insides of the bottles.
