There is no problem adding a toilet that flushes using grey water in a house that is 200 years old. Its all pretty standard plumbing.
You will need to add some fittings to make the system work. Factory made grey water bathroom systems tend to look pretty modern, so the biggest drawback may be a miss-match of interior design more than anything else.
Plumbing-wise its pretty straight forward. If you don't plan to do the work yourself, you shouldn't have any problems getting a plumber to do the installation. Even if your plumber has never seen a grey water system before, he/she wont need any different tools or skills to do the job.
The main obstacle is to get the drain water from the sink to end up in the toilet cistern with no leaks. Using an off the shelf system like the ones pictured in the links below makes this pretty simple. The best looking ones use a cistern designed specifically for the job.
