I want to control 2 ball valve actuators independantly?
I have a single air supply from a regulator set at 7 bar. I want to achieve valve actuation by having a 2 position lever switch which is panel mounted and connected to a pneumatic valve. The pneumatic valve is to supply air to the ball valve actuators. When the panel mounted switch is in one position it supplies air to the first actuator (to open it) and with the switch in the other position it cuts off air to the first actuator (so it closes) and operates the other actuator in the same manner as the first. Can this be achieved with a 5/2 valve or would I need some form of pneumatic logic?

Valves would have to be spring to close!
if they aren't & they are air to open & air to close then:
pipe as follows:
Supply Port 1
Valve 1 to open and valve 2 to close Port 2
Valve 1 to close and valve 2 to open Port 4
3 & 5 still exhausts!
It will be to long of an answere to go thru, but you have a normally closed valve and a normally open valve. So when air is supplied, one opens and the other closes. You can work something out with that depending how your set up is going to be.
This is the solenoids I am talking about.
Why not set-up two storage tanks with the main feed suppling both, then configure the swtich/relay to activate a release valve on each tank to activate the actuators.
