Will 'Time Travel' ever be a reality?
If so, could this explain sightings of UFO's and Ghosts as tourists from the future?

i believe its such a thing people are striving to find out and make but sadly it does not seem a possibility but who knows in the future someone may find a way and take us back with them, who knows?
If it was ever possible in the future - there would be time traveler's here now. Since they are not - it probably isn't even possible in the future. However, physics does allow for the possibility of it (theoretically speaking).

I think that Enstein's theory of relativity proves that you can move faster than time, but if it's not possible to travel back in time.
Never say never. But as any time travel will have to be in four dimensions and the universe is constantly expanding Navigation would be difficult. You would also need to travel through time in a ship capable of incredible speed in order to cover the distance from whatever time/ location you left to the location you required after travelling through time!
