How to find discount price?
How to solve discount numericals?
Answers:
Discounted price = Original price - Discount
Discounts are normally given in %, e.g. d%
Take this value, divide by 100 and multiple by the original price, e.g. (d/100) x A
Story example:
Original price of a bag is $120.
Discount is 20%
So the discount is actually (20/100)x120 = $24
Discounted price = 120 - 24 = $96
discount price=marked price-discount
=marked price-[marked price*discount percentage/100]
