I've just read the answers to afor mentioned question and I believe that a couple of people tried their very best to answer it! You needed to be more specific about your requirements.
For example, you wouldn't just ask "What costs are involved with the building and set up of a house"!
you would tell us what size house and the functions you would like from it!
