How would human history have gone if Earth was always cloud covered like Venus?
We would never have known of the Sun, Moon, Planets and stars.
Would even find it dificult to work out why it was dark at night. What a shock it would be when the first aircraft got above the clouds

Hi. You are pretty optimistic about the development of science without the wonder of the night sky. Assuming we were still a curious breed and tried to mimic birds then I would suspect the sight of the sun would start a new religion.
Venus has a runaway greenhouse effect and human life wouldn't be possible in that situation .it's far too hot. We have to be careful it doesn't happen here too.
the world would be full of miserable people
we'd all be white.
I dont think life would have developed as far as it has. You need sunlight for most living thing and without that we would be a planet of moss and mushrooms. Ha. So to answer your question, there would be no human history.
You need only to look at Venus to find your answer. It is not supportive of human life. Therefore nether would Earth be.
We wouldn't have started, let alone get a plane above the atmosphere.
If we had constant cloud cover, then we wouldn't be able to survive off the sunlight, and many of the plants would not be able to live off of photosynthesis as well as they are already made to. Life as we know it today would be a radically different experience.
If it were covered bythe same clouds that cover Venus, they would all be made of Carbon Dioxide, and WE would have never appeared.since the planet's atmosphere wouldn't support life.
there wouldn't be a human history
They flew out of the cloud.
They saw the staggering jewels of the night in their infinite dust and their minds sang with fear.
For a while they flew on, motionless against the starry sweep of the Galaxy, itself motionless against the infinite sweep of the Universe. And then they turned round.
"It'll have to go," the men of Krikkit said as they headed back for home.
There would not be a human history if the earth was eternally cloud covered like Venus. Venus has a greenhouse effect which means that heat from the sun comes in but it does not escape back out into the atmosphere. the heat is contained by the clouds. In effect the surface temperature of Venus is actually hotter than that of Mercury even though Mercry is is much much closer to the sun than Venus is!
