What is the smallest muscle in the human body called?

Answers:
stapedius in the middle ear
penis haha
Stapedius. Its in the middle ear.
The stapedius.in the middle ear coupled with the smallest bone in the body, the stirrup.
Although the experts don’t agree on how many muscles there are in the human body, they do agree that the smallest muscle is the stapedius. Located in the middle ear, the STAPEDIUS is a mere 1.27 millimetres long. And what does such a miniscule muscle do? It controls the tiniest bone in the body, the stapes or stirrup bone. The stapes and two other bones conduct sound vibrations through the middle ear.

Hope that helps.

A man's brain.
the penis or the human brain!!!!
Stapedius....i think.
stapedius in the middle ear
In some men (not me) it's the penis. Lol.
In politicians and the people who vote for them or are their special interest groups, that would be the brain.
It seems stapedius is the smallest one worth naming.
