Should questions on "Did we ever go to the moon" be banned from UKQnA.com?
It comes up so often it gets boring
Answers:
There should definitely be a section of "frequently answered questions" because I myself have answered that one so many times I am tired of having to answer it again. (If you are interested in my answer, look under my previous Best Answers.)
And there ought to be a Kids' Answers, with why the chicken crossed the road, how much ground a groundhog could hog, and who's tougher Popeye or Chuck Norris.
Yahoo Monitors, are you listening.?
so scroll past them. it takes half a second. people should be able to ask whatever they want.
No - if it bores you, just ignore it. Does that mean everything on the entire Internet should be removed just because it bores you?
The whole point of the Internet, and even UKQnA.com is freedom of speech. Live & let live, dude.
just ignore them.. they think they are funny
Nothing should be banned. Free Speech!
Don't feel obliged to answer them! I agree it's boring but then, hell, most of life is if you let it bore you!
Only if we can ban "What colour does a smurf turn if you choke it?" as well.
yes, definitely.
no
fly to the moon and back will u be my baby!!"! lol
No. We all have First Amendment rights. The way I interpret the Frist Amendment is that we have a right to believe whatever we want to, as well as express it. Banning ideas, especially this one for you, would only make _you_ feel better, suffer less, or whatever. People need to be able to express what they believe, no matter how false it may seem (or is) to you. I know that the space program is a real thing--I've seen it with my own eyes (a shuttle liftoff, for example), but that doesn't mean that I get to superimpose my knowledge on someone elses beliefs. The sticky issue arises when one person's belief causes danger or violence toward another. That is a question for society.
I have never asked the question but think about it , if we REALLY went why did we only go one time?
Also the following
1. if we evolved from apes, why are there still apes?
2. why is the sky blue?
CYNTHIA: you're joking, right? you actually do know we went several times, not just once, right?
That's such an interesting question! Why didn't you ask it?
there is a lot of sceptical people out there and we all have questions
Use the power of the mind to ignore the question but while we're here. Did we ever go to the moon? what do you think?
No
If you banned all the questions that get asked too much on UKQnA.com, there wouldn't be that many questions left. Especially if you included the silly and absurd. The simple answer is no. If you don't like a particular question then don't answer it and just scroll on past it on the list. While this question may seem boring to you, there are obviously people out there who want to comment on it. The only content which should be banned here is that which violates the terms of service. Beyond that it is a matter of free speech and expression.
CYNTHIA: Just for clarification, we visited the moon several times during the Apollo program, not just once.
I understand it gets annoying to see questions repeated over and over again. It is their right to ask such questions, as it is your right to ask this question.
Like many things we cannot change, we must grin and bear it.
^_^
If we only get to ban one thing, my vote is "WHY DO THE STUPID SCIENTISTS HATE PLUTO?!?!?!"
Dear god.
No, questions should not be banned. If you think it's boring, then don't answer it. Find a topic that does interest you!
No, what would be next to be banned?
Along with "What came first, the chicken or the egg" and "If a tree falls.." Yes
And "Is pluto still a planet"
Only if they also ban questions about Pluto. Even more boring. At least the moon landing questions are stupid enough to warrant sarcastic answers.
Skip over it. They are trying to wind people up.
This world is made up of all sorts.
no they are easy points,he he,just joking.I am getting sick of seeing them so much
While I certianly would not want to infringe upon someone's right to free speech, I do give pause to wonder at what point does the same question asked over and over amount to spamming?
Should questions on questions on "did we ever go to the moon" be banned from UKQnA.com?
First they need to get rid of the boring little sophomoric jokes about Uranus and black holes.
Yes it should we all know they did
we should ask, why wont they look at the moon landings with that big telocsope called somthing like the hubble teloscope,
if that can see so far into space then it could easy see the moon landing site and discover if it is all lies

i've bought a step down transformer recently. it's 1000va - does that mean watts?
