The menstrual cycle of a whale.?

I am assuming that whales, being mammals, have similar reproductive organs to every other mammal, humans included. Having heard how big the whales phallus can be (". largest penis belongs to the blue whale estimated at over 2 m (more than 6½ feet)" Wikipedia), I wondered if the average volume of a female whale's menstrual discharge was in similar proportions compared to humans.

If so, is it possible that the higher density of the discharge could knock unconscious any other aquatic life that collided with it sufficient volume?

Answers:
Higher primates are the only group of animals that have a menstrual discharge - other animals reorganise their ovarian tissue through the cycle but don't get rid of it. So whales don't technically have a "menstrual cycle" measured from one mense to the next, but an ovarian cycle which measures form one heat to the next, as is the case in most mammals. The two are NOT the same thing - our menstrual cycle does not correspond with our fertile period whilst "heat" does. A dog's bloody discharge during heat is due to leaky capillaries in the ovarian wall during pro oestrus, contains blood and serous fluid, and is a trait peculiar to the dog.
Whales do not have menses as humans do.

Humans are one of the few, if only, animals that have menstrual discharge. If other mammals were discharging into the environment, then it would be a convenient way for predators to hunt them down. The right whale has the largest testes of any animal. this has to do with their mating system. they do not form pair bonds. A bunch of males mate with a female so they have extreme sperm competition. their sperm not only has to fertilize the egg, but it first has to wash out other males sperm so their is more likely to be the one that fertilizes. The blue whale has a large penis because it is a large animal and has to access the vagina on the female.
The second part of your question is ridiculous. How would menstrual discharge knock out another organism? Its not a solid and if it existed, it would disperse in water similar to how blood does.
