pretty much. in men though it stems back to there childhood and there mothers either not showing they care, not been around for them or sending them away to boarding type schools cause they think they are trouble when deep down they just need love. in women it is caused mostly by being hurt by men or that they are just visious moos.

a secret? Like why they are violent? usually its no secret. they are nuts. Getting hurt makes you crazy. I am an extremely homicidally violent person but have learned to control it, my secret was I was hurt inside, trouble is no one cares and no one understands. hurt can be done to someone in such a hidden and subliminal way that sometimes you blame yourself for your feelings. the people who were molested and beaten are easy to figure out, its the ones that live for years a seemingly quiet existence and have an outwardly perfect childhood and life that don't even KNOW whats eating them that scary. the only secret

i wun say that it's a secret..more like issues with one self..like low self-esteem,loneliness&etc and to not be able to share those problems with some1 else.when sum1 keeps all his/her problems to themselves it can get very depressing and stressful..and for sum ppl who can't control their emotions well,they'll explode at the slightest annoyance and might get really violent.

I'd say yes, they do. If they don't believe they're keeping a secret from others, then I believe the secret must be hidden from themselves. Whether the secret is the past or the present depends on the person. It could be something as simple as misunderstanding the intention behind a spoken phrase and reacting angrily to the believed meaning, or as complex as a deep emotional scar left from childhood neglect. People aren't violent without a reason.
