Sure. Just as you are friends with guys, you can maintain friends with girls as long as the relationship's platonic and certain lines aren't crossed. I use to have a lot of guy friends. I have learned that most of them have underlying intentions. So maybe you can, but don't expect more than friendship from your friends.
