Why do good girls like bad guys and avoid the good ones?

I think it is about time the 'Player' steps in.I want to say that a bad boy doesnt necessary have to smoke weed,be a trouble rouser or the likes.From what I can infer from the topic,a 'bad boy' in most girls perspective is a guy that can be termed a hard man,a guy who treats a girl good but at the same time set limits,makes the rules and be in control of a relationship.He says it in no uncertain terms that he is in charge of the relationship,though not necessary a bully but a little bullying every now and then to set things right.
The truth is girls loves guys who takes control of a relationship,who is in charge,who says something and they listen(not commandeering anyway),a guy that will sometimes disagree with their opinion on certain issues and give sound reasons(sometimes unreasonablere) for disagreeing,a guy that can stand up for them,a guy that is dependable in all situations,a guy they believe can get another girl with the click of a finger,a guy they believe is two timing or even 'three timing' but never get caught(a smart guy).Most girls loves guys that drinks alcohol(not a drunkard though) and not some perenial coke drinking or icecream licking lad.
The last but not the least,if the guy is good looking with some cash to throw around,the circle is complete.This and many other attributes are what girls thinks makes up a bad guy.
So all u girls out there,if u are looking for a bad ******,I m at your service.
Generally because the bad guys are 'exciting' and manly, and the good ones.. aren't.

Also...to masochism. Many women are masochistic. Many women have low self-esteem and don't think they deserve to be with a good guy.

because.most girls get bored so easily. being with a 'bad' guy isn't boring. they're always doing something crazy. it's the whole idea that a girl wants to show a guy that he doesn't have to be bad. that when he is with her, he isn't a 'bad' guy. she can change him into a model citizen. eventually she realizes she can't and then that's when the girls come around and start dating 'good' guys.
Yeah, I'm a good guy, and I get overlooked, but I've known girls who like bad guys, only to get emotionally hurt by them, and then carry on going for bad guys. You'd think they'd learn.

Most good girls that like bad guys and avoid the good ones are onley afraid of commitment and or change. Girls know that bad boys are exactly that "BAD". They know what they have and what to expect. With a bad boy you know it won't last because they are bad. Girls know they are not expected to be and give 100% with the bad guys because they won't be around long. Besides a good girl hanging with a bad guy only makes the good girl look even better!!Constantly ending and not around long means no commitment. Some others ARE afraid of change. The same bad guys gets you the same bad results. Girls know what they can expect. With the good guys there are always different results usually ending up in a result that is new. Not alot of people like change so they tend to do things and make choices that they already know around about what the result will be.

First there are not so many good girl and huge numbers of bad guys so the chances are quite high as there are also few good guys left for the good girls to choose from. A recent study suggests there are only forty good guys left and twenty three good girls. The chances of them meeting are slim.

The well educated, and powerful 4 star general who is 'Good' doesn't need to compete with the Ordinary private 'bad boy' soldier over some cheap girl. It's just not bloody worthit. Regardless of what women like, the bad guy will never outrun, outwit, beat, or become superior to the good guy. The good guy doesn't care what the bad guy thinks, because he knows hes not worthit. The girls who like them are not worthit either.
Alot of women are just stupid (even those who are educated professionals). But I don't think anyone should change themselves into a bad boy just so that one woman will like him. Many good women exist out there for good men.
And don't tell me about how exciting, challenging bad boys are and how boring and dull good guys are. They are just a bunch of uneducated, non career motivated, Hobby lacking, logic lacking, dirty sick minded men with no sense of tradition or discipline. If a woman is only after a guy like this, it goes to show alot about the woman's personality as an individual. She doesn't have discipline or honour. She herself lacks the confidence/morale grounding and has widespread inferiority complex around the good men. This is why she has to settle or go for the loser 'bad' guy. This is the only guy who she feels comfortable around, and the only guy she can regard/treat as dirt. The bad boy is the only guy she can sucessfully argue with.
I'am a good smart guy and damn proud of it. I know I will go places in life, ambitious and financially sound. If a girl doesn't like me because I'am good/decent, then it's her lost, not mine. Afterall I'am a much better guy than the competition.
