When you go to the bathroom #2 (aka poop) do you ever look at your poo before you flush?

Poop of a healthy person is supposed to be light coloured and relatively light. So if you've been pooping black rocks for a while, there could be something wrong with you. Of course you need to be aware of how your diet affects your poop.

yeah i do. i'd like to say it was because i want to check the health of my poo, but really its just fascination and curiosity. my poos come out green when i eat blueberries, and i don't suppose i need to go into eating sweetcorn, cos all regular poo-checkers know about that.
Every time with out fail, you need to check it's ok. In my husbands case, he checks for size and gives it a score, and then proudly comes to tell me! (How I look forward to this daily event)

Yes. As we human beings are an animal speices, like all animals, they have a sniff and a look. We do too. Whether we admit it or not. I bet, there isn't one person who after delivering a load, sometimes doesn't feel quite proud of themselves.
