How important is the knowledge of attachment theory for social work practice?

Answers:
very important but you should know that if you have anything to do with social work.
As important as to know that man is mortal.
attachment theory is used to explain behavioural difficulties in children, and so it is significant in many fields, as well as social work. the bond formed in the early years of an infant's development is crucial for proper healthy development. it is the basis for forming emotional relationships, normal personality, and one's worldview.
Ok-Here's the OG (Old Guy) answer. REAL important if you want to pass the test after you graduate. I have been a Social Worker for 17 years, haven't worried about it yet-OTHER, functional things tend to come up, like don't kill someone, or go to jail, or wind up homeless or unemployed, etc.
You swallowed a dictionary or what
