i am looking for a place for my freind to help her get though her upset and fear time and she is wanting to get away

there are loads of spas around or does she want to go off somewhere like deepest scotland where she can chill. she may need to go somewhere she will get professionla help. I think you need to be more specific about what your friend needs have you discussed it with her to get her opinon ?
