Is there any places in the uk? that helps you relax and sort your head out?
My friend has been feeling low and she has loads of phobias, and i have been trying to support her but i think she needs more.
do you know of anywhere that could help her?
Answers:
Local mental health clinic would be a good start. And let her know you support her and will be there for her always. As far as relax, hot bath, good book, candles, aroma therapy, some herbal tea (drink of choice).. Is a good start. Good Luck she is blessed to have a friend who cares.
Tell her to find some marijuana
Lots of places from The Priory downwards. I would take medical advice first. She needs good counselling, not just a few days in a hotel.
You may find the link below on phobias useful. Well done for standing by your friend.
A very cool non evaluative technique is TIR. If you go to the web site
tir.org, you can find several centers in the UK. It actually works.
I find sitting on my allotment picking at the grass helps
her bathroom
white cliffs of dover listening to vera lynne and if that doesn't work you can throw her off
I think getting help from a doctor is very important, taking marijuana may be dangerous in her case.
If she has a good friend she is probably in a better situation than many of us. Talking to professional counsellors needs to be approached carefully. Such people seldom truly care for their clients and have a professional interest in keeping people ill, confused, and frightened.
If your friend has any religious background she might consider talking to her pastor, or just to God directly.
Why do people say Aye when they don't understand/hear you?
why is everyone else so perfect?
How many scooby snacks?
Can Animals sense spirits?
What Do you want to be doing in 25 years?
What will put me in the mood for cleaning my flat?
length or girth?
Does your past really determine your future?
do you know of anywhere that could help her?
