I am trying to start up a Support Group for people who either masturbate or support masturbation as it has become apparent to me that a large number of people dont know how to masturbate affectivly and as the budget for starting up this support network is small I was looking to try and get a web community listed on the internet but dont know how

Because of the nature of the group you may have difficulty doing so, I would expect many people to consider yourself sick in some way, however if your careful not to advertise in a way that will not affect minors i dont really see how it could harm. Try getting it listed on google, they dont really care. Like I said try to avoid minors though.
